In 2007, Cliff and I decided that we were ready to take the next big step in our lives. We're ready for home ownership. We knew when we started looking for a home that we wanted a townhouse so that we wouldn't have to worry with exterior maintenance. After some frustration in our search, we finally found the perfect neighborhood. We also decided that a new home would be best, so we're under contract with a well-known construction company. We're so excited about the home, and I look forward to making periodic updates to this page. For now, here are some of the highlights:

• I'm getting a gas stove.
• We'll have hardwood floors downstairs.
• There is a nice sized storage room and attic space.
• The architecture includes several niches for artwork.
• The master bedroom has a separate sitting area and cathedral ceilings.
